About Me

I have an Associate degree in Addiction Rehabilitation Counselling, a
Bachelor in Conflict Resolution, and a Master in Marriage and Family Therapy. I belong
to the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe that therapy does not only take place during sessions but also between sessions and that each person is the expert of their lives. Humour, warmth, and compassion are all a part of my personality in working with people in therapy. I empower and bring the best in people and never give up on anybody. I create a place where opportunities to grow and bloom are possible. It is a place where the human spirit blooms.

I believe we are all interconnected. My grandmother used to have one of the most beautiful flower gardens in her village, everyday she tended the garden masterfully. She would often tell me that people are like flowers, each is connected and each is unique. As a therapist I have found that there is a lot of truth in what she said and that each person is unique with their own qualities and potentials. Each flower blooms in it’s own time and in it’s own space. Each person was born with a specific talent and purpose in life, and like flowers some bloom early and some bloom later. As a good gardener, I assist people on their way to bloom by helping them to identify their strengths and options. Flowers, like people need a supporting gardener to provide a safe space for growth. I would love to be that person to support you in reaching your full potential.

Would you give me that chance?
